Los Besos carries Vintage Mexican Sterling Silver jewelry from the heyday of the 30s- to early 70s when markings included an "eagle" with a number in the middle denoting region in Mexico; intaglio stamp or "Sterling" for silver content; and stamped artists name or initials.

After 1978, the Mexican government regulated each artist and the State in Mexico where their work originated with codes such as TX15 TC52 or M29. These indicate the Mexican State or areas such as Taxco, Mexico City, Guadalajara, etc. followed by the number of the artist's registration (the lower the number, the earlier the artist from this timeframe).

Los Besos does its best to rely on markings to understand periods, regions, and if lucky, the artist who made each piece. ALL ARE PRE OWNED, some are 1950s and earlier, most are 1960s to 2000. Check back regularly for new inventory!
